Biography
Janese Trimaldi, MD is trained in anatomic and clinical pathology. She completed a four-year residency program at the University of South Florida and received specialized training in the diagnosis of both rare and common cancers at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, which is part of an elite group of National Cancer Institute (NCI) Comprehensive Cancer Centers.
Dr. Trimaldi also trained at the Morsani Health Center with a concentration in women's health, including the diagnosis of breast and uterine cancers. She is trained in cytopathology utilizing both fine needle aspiration techniques and liquid-based preparations, including Pap testing.
Her experience includes immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostic methods, and interpretation of laboratory values as they relate to disease diagnosis. Dr. Trimaldi brings a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to pathology and cancer diagnostics.
