Biography
Katherine serves as the expert consultant for NextGen Pathology focused on executive affairs and complex hospital systems.
Most recently, Katherine served as Chief Executive Officer of the Larkin Health System after being promoted from Chief Nursing Officer. During her tenure, she implemented initiatives focused on strengthening relationships between medical staff and hospital personnel through a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positive recognition.
Under her leadership, operational performance metrics and patient satisfaction measures improved significantly.
In addition to her role supporting hospital affairs, Katherine currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Vitro Molecular Laboratories.
